Annemarie Hoang Munster

Annemarie has extensive experience in supportive and coordinating roles and feels most at home in a dynamic environment. She’s a true organizer who brings structure, switches gears quickly, and ensures everything runs smoothly. “I love creating structure and making things as easy as possible for others,” she says.

At Allied Forces, she supports Anton as an Executive Assistant. She makes sure his schedule is logical and efficient, and that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. “I try to bring calm to his busy schedule,” she explains. “He travels a lot, so I plan everything in a way that keeps it efficient and relaxed.” In addition, Annemarie finds and arranges training locations across the country, from Groningen to the forests of central Netherlands.

Her first encounter with Allied Forces felt immediately familiar. The warm atmosphere, the energy, and the people-centered way of working resonated with her right away. She values the team’s dynamic and enjoys contributing to more structure and collaboration together.

In her free time, Annemarie loves traveling, diving, and discovering new places. She’s a mother of three and enjoys finding balance between adventure and calm, always with a smile and an open mind for whatever there is left to discover.
