Wineke van Doezelaar
Wineke began her career in the communications world, at organizations such as Rabobank, Randstad and KPN. As an advisor and manager she discovered how quickly people, including herself, can lose their way in everything that has to be done, at the expense of what really matters. That experience became the foundation for her later work.
She noticed that she wasn’t fully flourishing and followed courses in personal development and leadership, including ITIP, NLP, ACT and Systemic Work. After a sabbatical she consciously chose work that was closer to her essence: organizing and facilitating retreats in which she helps professionals and teams reconnect with what feels right, within themselves and with each other.
The quote ‘Don’t die with the music still in you’ then brought her back to her first love: piano. She became a singer-songwriter and developed as a voice liberator. Now she gives masterclasses, retreats and private sessions in which the voice is a powerful gateway to more clarity, connection and impact in work and collaboration.
At Allied Forces, Wineke brings all her experience together. She guides leaders, teams and professionals in change processes, offsites and coaching, naturally connecting thinking, feeling and doing. Her style is clear, playful and profound at the same time. She creates both safety and sharpness, allowing conversations that matter, in which people truly meet themselves and each other.
Everything in her work revolves around growth, connection and meaning. What drives her is a love for authenticity. She wants people to reconnect with what feels right and from there speak, work and live with freedom and inspiration. She enjoys making music, dancing tango, playing tennis, good company and moments when everything falls into place in what touches her most: living and working from the heart.
