  • Data related to safety (as necessary): Limitation in load capacity (e.g. “cannot carry a heavy backpack”), Diet and allergies as relevant.
  • “in case of emergency” (ICE) data as provided by the participant: – Name contact person participant, Address contact person participant, Phone number contact person participant
  • Account details use Allied Forces IT platform: Email address (as provided by participant), Password (as created by participant)
  • Online training data Allied Forces IT platform (if provided by participant): Goals, Actions, Timeline.

Clients

  • Contact Information: Salutation, Name, Address, Phone number, Email address.
  • Financial Data: Bank account number, Details on invoice
  • correspondence: Content of emails and app messages, Content of letters
  • Other order data: Data about the service taken
