In 2019, the polyurethane division of chemical company Huntsman introduced the Global Excellence Team (GET). It plays an overarching role in sharing knowledge among all its production sites. The team can be deployed for specific issues and then becomes temporarily part of local management. Such a process requires coordination and trust. To strengthen both teams and improve collaboration, the Dutch production site Allied Forces was called upon.
