Jasper Cornelissen

When Armand van Velzen founded the precursor to Allied Forces, Jasper Cornelissen was his first client. They have always stayed in touch, and in 2019, Jasper participated in the Jungle Challenge in Ghana. Now, as a consultant, he actively contributes to Allied Forces’ mission to “empower organizations, teams, and individuals to their fullest potential and create more room for purpose.”

What appeals to Jasper about the approach? “The combination of team development and a focus on results. And the continuous flow between mind, heart, and emotion, which I personally experienced during an offsite. Allied Forces employs wonderful professionals who operate from a foundation of brotherhood, connection, and trust.”

Jasper began his career in the public sector in various (HR) roles and change projects. Later, he worked at Randstad and currently at Adecco. “Always at the intersection of performance improvement and team development. Stemming from my belief that results are only achieved when people understand their roles, can be themselves, have fun, and trust that they are allowed to make mistakes.”

With Jasper, what you see is what you get. He’s married, has three daughters, and loves cooking outdoors on the kamado (even in winter).
