Dennis Rigbers
Allied Forces founder Armand van Velzen and Dennis Rigbers have known each other since their childhood in Hoeven, Brabant. Over the years, their relationship has deepened significantly, as Dennis now supports Allied Forces through his company InterRigby, providing various Finance-related services. It was a well-considered decision, based on shared values.
After studying Business Economics, Dennis developed a broad background in Finance, taking on various roles at a range of organizations in strategic, tactical, and operational positions. “In 2019, I decided to start working independently because, in every fiber of my being, I felt the need for change. I wanted to follow my own path, while still putting my knowledge and experience to good use.”
That’s when Allied Forces came into the picture. Due to significant growth, Armand and his colleagues were urgently looking for a partner to handle financial matters. Dennis already knew the company through Armand but didn’t rush his decision. “Beyond the personal connection and trust, it’s very important to me to also have a content-driven connection. And that was definitely there. I share their core values, their approach to working with people with a focus on connection and integrity, and their way of working aimed at impact, ownership, and autonomy. People with diverse areas of expertise who know how to find and strengthen each other.”
With InterRigby, Dennis also aims to make a positive social impact. That’s why this season he’s sponsoring the ‘No One Offside’ project at NAC Breda football club. Young people on welfare, those with disabilities, or those without basic qualifications often struggle to find jobs. The project gives them the opportunity to gain work experience in the unique environment of the Rat Verlegh Stadium.
In addition to his interim work for Allied Forces, InterRigby also provides recruitment services specialized in Finance, covering both permanent and interim positions across all roles and levels nationwide. This is a deliberate choice to stay active within the Finance field, which makes it easier to advise organizations and candidates effectively in his role as a recruiter.
