Rastislav Bača

Rastislav is professional coach in the area of managerial and personal skills. After his professional career in the business, on various top management positions of international corporates (like Cokoladovny Praha – Nestle, Danone, Podravka, Novy Kredital, Farm Frites, Henkel, AXA, etc.), he decided to utilize his broad experience from his positions, as commercial and sales director, director for education and development, trainer coach etc., by establishing a private business for managerial skills development and training – MB+ Training Ltd. in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The company MB+ Training Ltd, and Rastislav, as coach and trainer, is strongly oriented on top and middle management staff development, by focusing the training and coaching on sales and soft managerial skills. For this, he created a modular system of trainings and development activities, they are tailored into development programs for individual clients, based on specific requirements. The specialty of Rastislav is the individual coaching for social skills, that together with managerial mentoring, creates an individual leadership development framework.
