Maarten Slokker
After 25 years at KPMG, Maarten decided to change course. Throughout those years, he worked in a variety of fields: from process improvement and organizational development to integrity, cultural change, and leadership. It became increasingly clear to him that his real strength lies in the human side of change — how people work together, what motivates them, and how, with the right attention and direction, they can achieve better results together.
At Allied Forces, all of this comes together. “I get energy from working with teams and moving people toward the goals we want to achieve. Building genuine connections and bringing positive energy are typical of me. My goal is to help people open up, look at themselves and situations differently, and take steps forward.” This mindset, in which people and results are inseparably connected suits him perfectly.
In his career, Maarten has worked on leadership programs, cultural initiatives, and change processes. He has guided teams, provided training, and was for many years involved in the development of consultants within KPMG. He also conducted research on integrity, served as a confidential advisor, and helped organizations build open, healthy cultures. His drive has always been the same: to make an impact by helping people grow, so organisations can grow too.
Outside of work, Maarten is married and a father of four. A passionate sports enthusiast, he never turns down a challenge. He sails, mountain bikes, and plays padel, and enjoys the dunes and the outdoors. Travel, music, and friendships give him inspiration and energy. Always with the same goal: to keep discovering, learning, and bringing out the best in himself and others.
