Joof Verhees

Joof has spent almost his entire working career in the dealing rooms of banks in the Netherlands and England. It’s an environment where you can only serve customers well and add value if all disciplines work together effectively. This realization has always driven me to focus on building strong, complementary teams. And on creating a safe environment to support them in their work and career. I learned this focus on collaboration, among other things, during my service time with the Marine Corps.

‘Currently, I am active as a client advisor at Van Lanschot Kempen, I invest in startups, coach entrepreneurs and CEOs, serve as an advisor to various companies, and manage the Dutch men’s hockey team, which is preparing for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.’
