Marieke Plas

With her background in psychology, Marieke deals with learning and development at organisational, team and individual level. Marieke is interested in people’s natural drives and motivation. In doing so, she starts from qualities and looks at possibilities: Where does it flow? She looks at cognitive, mental, emotional and consciousness levels and uses neuropsychological insights to reveal and break through behaviour and patterns. Within organisations, she creates support before starting to focus on goals.

In recent years, she was responsible for the development of employees within the NPO; before that, she trained psychologists at the Ministry of Defence and gave training courses on behavioural change. She also coached high potentials and (re)developed talent programmes.

Marieke studied Labour and organisational psychology at the University of Groningen and took various additional courses, including bio- and neurofeedback. Marieke recently moved from the suburbs to Friesland, where she has more peace and quiet to enjoy with her family. She tries to live sustainably as much as possible and likes to take others along with her ideas, to embrace a sustainable lifestyle both physically and mentally.
