Nico van Dam

Nico van Dam began his career as an officer in the Royal Navy, specializing in logistics, HR, and international security. After 16 years, he founded and expanded the Center for Labor Relations for Government Personnel in The Hague. Since 2006, he has been a partner at various consultancy firms focused on both the public and private sectors. His specializations include designing and guiding transformations, change management, and programs in the field of culture and leadership within organizations.

In 2019, he started a business to help people with a distance to the labor market find work in the IT field. In addition, in 2020, Nico launched an international company specializing in security and risk consulting. Nico is married and has three children. He has a large (social) network, and he enjoys playing tennis, cycling, and skiing with family and friends.
