Thomas Frühwein

Thomas Frühwein has worked for a DAX 100 company for over ten years and led numerous projects for a consultancy firm in IT and finance. With great passion and optimism, he secured assignments for both the business and consumer markets. Nowadays, Thomas guides teams to success, adhering to his mottos: ‘getting things done’ and ‘extreme ownership’.

Thomas studied economics at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, specializing in controlling, marketing, and financial science. Driven by an ongoing desire for self-improvement, he subsequently pursued various courses in organizational development and systemic coaching. Thomas also spent five years with Krauthammer, where he focused on securing and conducting training sessions. Since 2013, he has run his own business, primarily concentrating on corporate culture and leadership.

Thomas resides in Hamburg, Germany. In his free time, he draws energy from practicing Qigong and indoor climbing.
